Your yoga practice not only helps you with sore muscles but it can also become a new foundation to shift perspective, connect with your inner wisdom and deepest intuition, let go of what doesn't serve you anymore and develop greater awareness of the body-mind-heart connection.
In each class we start building strength and balance from the ground up to create a solid base for a safe and healthy practice. Modification of poses are always offered to make a practice accessible to you, because.. yoga adapts to you, not the other way around. You are welcome as you are.
Yoga connected with physiotherapy and osteopathy. This practice puts a focus on understanding functions of the human body and a special individualized yoga program is created for the student based on detailed knowledge of the anatomy, biomechanics and physiology. It's a safe and effective practice for injuries and discomforts in the body (for example scoliosis, herniated disc, hallux valgus, plantar fasciitis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, among many others).
Invigorating vinyasa practice with the focus of physical alignment, breath awareness, safe and nourishing movements for your spine, followed by restorative relaxation.
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that stimulates the vital energy (Chi), allows you to relax profoundly and release deeper tension. The practice focuses on body’s connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia, cartilages).
Yoga for beginners
This is a perfect class for you if you have never practiced yoga before as you will learn the basis of yoga practice like foundation yoga poses (asana), breathing exercises and basis philosophy. It will help you to get your body in shape (increasing your flexibility, and strength) and your mind (helping you to manage stress, calm your mind and be present). Each class has a specific subject and at the end of the class there will be a space to ask any questions you need.
